OneFit Customer Portal allows customers to place their own orders online with access to their own live prices and order history, making it easy for both suppliers and customers. This saves time and money throughout the process and delivers a quick and easy operation for the user over a secure web based platform. Customers can search, save and select favourite products as well as viewing their previous orders, repeating, changing or adding to these orders, which is a time saving benefit.
- Place orders - Using the customer portal order entry to place an order
- Customer access to place their own order - Customers will have access to live prices and order history.
- Amend the quantity you require of the product - Quick and easy way of changing a product order quantity.
- Product prices - Viewing accurate product prices, customers own prices, at the point of sale.
- View which products are available - Customers can see what is available to order on the product list.
- Review and confirm orders - An option to double check order is correct before submitting it.
- Look at previous orders - If the order is a repeat from past orders, it can be copied into the basket and changed as required.
- View pending orders - The customer can see if the order has been processed in the recent order section
- Download order confirmation - Confirmation as soon as order is placed, and a PDF can be generated
- Full traceability – (Subject to stock data content)
- Search for products - Products can be filtered into a list by searching for the product you want. If it is a regular product,
you order you can add it to your favourites so that it can be accessed via the favourites section
